Of course there is a story with this. I dropped in to see a 2022 Leaf on a late Friday afternoon and not only did Jordan find one to show me he was very genial and above all knowledgeable.....he knew his product and he knew the competition. After our brief encounter Jordan later told me he didn't expect to see me back....if there was one thing that Jordan needs to fix....this is it....don't prejudge a customer. In my early days I sold vacuum cleaners door to door and it was in doing this that I learned this valuable lesson. I did return based on Jordan's knowledge, and approach.....and guess what else? He followed up with me AFTER the sale. I came to Vermont from Arizona and the one thing that has bugged me in the 20 years I have been here is the lack of follow-up by any form of business. Jordan hit it out of the park. NOONE can ask for more than Jordan was able to produce, trust me when I say that this will be the most positive car buying experience you will ever have! More
