The guy who's last name is on the outside of the building was walking around the showroom, talking to staff and customers - to me, that translates to accessibility. He's not afraid to deal with people directly, and as such I can surmise that he stands by the quality of their work. Just that image of the dealership owner picking up a piece of scrap paper off the floor tells me everything I need to know about how he does business, and I'll gladly recommend this dealership, as well as my salesman, to everybody.
