Not Taken Seriously Went to the dealership with my girlfriend to check out a new car for her. She's never been through the process before and she is graduating college so Went to the dealership with my girlfriend to check out a new car for her. She's never been through the process before and she is graduating college soon, so I wanted to be there to make sure she was asking the right questions and getting the best deal. We didn't really get a chance to seriously talk because once Aschley heard my girlfriend was still in school, it was like we weren't being taken seriously anymore. She became unattentive, uninterested, and rather rude, as if because she is still in school she wouldn't really be able to afford the car. I suppose little did she know that I would be helping secure the financing for the car and when I started to feel unwelcome, I lost interest in pursuing any further. This is a shame because the car is very nice and it was our top pick, but there are better deals and better services within a 2 mile radius, so the search continues. More
