There was no intimidation (especially being a woman), no heavy sales pitch - just honesty and true helpfulness. Definitely recommend this Dealership I went to this dealership on a weekend to look at the new 2019 Hyundai Kona. I was greeted by Tom Miller and we went for a test drive around Queensbu I went to this dealership on a weekend to look at the new 2019 Hyundai Kona. I was greeted by Tom Miller and we went for a test drive around Queensbury. The car drove great, better than I expected, and I knew it was the car for me. Tom and the finance team did everything they could with my average credit score and my 2008 Yaris trade-in and in a couple of hours I was able to drive away with a brand new Kona for a price that I was able to afford. This was definitely a great experience. More

Thumbs up to Garvey Hyundai and Mark Goodwin I worked with Mark through most of the purchase of my new Hyundai. He was professioal, friendly and helpful.I live a distance from Glens Falls which m I worked with Mark through most of the purchase of my new Hyundai. He was professioal, friendly and helpful.I live a distance from Glens Falls which meant I needed to make several of the steps to closure via phone and email. Someone was always available to help me and answer my questions even if Mark was not in. I had a gap in funding between what my lender was willing to finance and my funds. I was very disapointed and thought I would not be able to purchase the Kona. Thankfully, Garvey made up the difference and I am driving a new, safe, all wheel drive vehicle. I now feel confident tackeling the winter roads throughout the high peaks region. 🤗 More
