From my experience, this dealership has been a pleasure to work with the customer service is fantastic, the place is clean and professional, and I feel like all the sales personnel are there to help me! Brad Bernard is the best sales person there is! 3 vehicles I have purchased from Garvey, sales dept 100% would recommend. Service department is the reason I will not be returning. Horrible experience when going in for a service. Something that they told would recommend. Service department is the reason I will not be returning. Horrible experience when going in for a service. Something that they told me would take 45 minutes took 4 hours and then to drive my car the next day for it to tell me it was overheating, checked my antifreeze and bone dry! Went to discuss with service team after rescuing my fiance on the side of the road because she was the one with my car but service had a massive line, noone knew who was next and another customer cut in front of 5 of us and they allowed it. I walked out and will not be back. I will be looking at other dealerships this weekend. More
