It was a great experience. My brother went with me to check out a couple Hyundai Elantra's, and Jon, Kris, Chuck, and Mark were all great in the process. The sales team is awesome! Kris carver is very professional and has a lot of knowledge about the vehicles he is selling! We were very pleased with him and chuck in financial. We were not pleased with the service dept. the service department definantly needs new management that cares if things get done and done right! My vehicle was suppose to be detailed and still had dog hair in it?? Why cause the salesperson had to do it!! Management definantly needs to pay attention to what’s not getting done in service! Everyone I have talk to about Garvey has the same complaint!! Sales are great! Service sucks More
