When I had my Elantra serviced for oil changes etc., I was still made to feel important after I signed the contract.Other places have been just the opposite, once they have the sale they make you feel like you're a headache to them.Joe and staff always greeted me with a smile,by name,making me feel welcome and valued as a customer.Fitting me into their schedule,making recommendations ,but not being pushy.Letting me know to call right away if I wasn't satisfied.Dependability of the vehicle and customer service are VERY important to me. So,I just returned to look into the new2012 Elantra.Brad Bernard from sales assisted me. He answered a ton of questions for me,being extremely helpful and informative,very friendly,easy to talk to, but not too pushy.He took many phone calls from me,without complaint,even though at times I know he was busy when I called.He made me feel at ease and worked with me and Rocko to get an affordable monthly payment on the EXACT car I wanted!Brad didn't stop until I was satisfied. Rocko sealed the deal adding some impressive incentives to my package,still keeping me within budget and giving me a great trade-in price for my car.Brad made sure to invite me to call back that he welcomed it.Imagine that,AFTER the sale. We went to Garvey to look for a small economical car to lease. Although there wasn't much on the lot that interested us, Brad Bernard did everything possible find a car that we would love. From start to finish, our experience with this particular dealership was outstanding. Everyone one was pleasant, friendly, and willing to help us with our search. I went to Garveys not expecting to buy a car there but when I arrived jeff Plunkett was very helpful at what my needs were and what I could Afford. They went ahead and tried for a certified car and things all worked out in the end. they went far beyond getting me a deal compaired to the 3 other dealers I went to that day. Everyone was so good to us there. We wanted to switch a 4 cylinder with a 6 cylinder Sante Fe. They worked it so we did not loose anything on our sale and the monthly payment was within our budget. Terence admitted he was new but he was GOOD. Very fair and honest. Hard to find in a car dealer. Went to the same dealership Spring 2010 and actually had a salesman state: quote; Even if I don't make anyt and honest. Hard to find in a car dealer. Went to the same dealership Spring 2010 and actually had a salesman state: quote; Even if I don't make anything on this sale - my satisfaction is your satisfaction; Wife couldn't believe I let that one get by (Pay your bills with that 'satisfaction'). Got home and punched in same info on potential trade and came up $2,500 higher than he did. He punched in info, supposedly, and then turned the screen towards us. He SO LIED!!!! He SUCKED and was still there when we dealt with Terence (So was 'Rocco' - he was O.K. - think he used to be a Telemarketer after speaking to him on the phone about the 'Magic Goo' spray on for $1,700)! He (Satisfaction Guy) was a TYPICAL CAR SALESMAN - Terence was WAY ABOVE the aforementioned!!! Russell J. Seifried More
