I used the new negotiating tool from their website and it was very easy to use. I got a response the next business day and a Sales Consultant contacted me shortly after. When the car needed some work done before it left the dealership he kept in contact with me and was willing to tell me what was going on through the process. I thought it was going to take longer than it did and I was very please with the work that went into the car and how fast it was. Rocko made the financial aspect of the deal smooth and was very professional. He helped me get my loan and also a warranty on the car that helped accommodate the amount of driving I have to do compared to other people. Brad and Rocko are an excellent aspect to this new improved team from Garvey North. I can tell they are very focused on customer excellence and what a huge improvement!
