Hi Shelby, Thanks for reaching out i have now been calling hyundai motor america customer service per keith pelerin advice. Again i am not getting any where and would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! I cant get a response from anyone and its been over a month and my vehicle has been there 3 times now and still not fixed!!!!

Hi Ashley! I'm so sorry that this situation has caused so much frustration for you. I can't even imagine how you must feel with everything going on. I have spoken to multiple managers and escalated your case up as high as it can go within the company. We have been in touch with MHA as well as consumer affairs to try and help move this along as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the main problem is the part that is needed is on national back order and we have been fighting to get an ETA to no avail. However there is no excuse for the lack of communication.
