…I can’t even give them one star! They sold me a lemon, that didn’t qualify as a lemon and were less than helpful. As part of the deal they were to fix the bumper and put a washer flu They sold me a lemon, that didn’t qualify as a lemon and were less than helpful. As part of the deal they were to fix the bumper and put a washer fluid cap on…did neither…seriously drove away without a washer fluid cap. Had a tire installed the wrong way around, and a rim that was damaged…won’t honor replacement of damaged tire due to wrong installation, which they deny and say that kelly blue book is incorrect… Stay away…best money you’ll save!. I went to the dealership to purchase a Mazda3 at the advertised price of $25,260. This was the same as the window sticker price. When I went to purchase the vehicle, I was told the price was $27,260. advertised price of $25,260. This was the same as the window sticker price. When I went to purchase the vehicle, I was told the price was $27,260. When I complained, the Manager Marshall Gettes explained to me that the additional $2,000 charge was to cover dealership options added to the car, including wheel locks. I responded by asking for my deposit back. Mr. Gettes then said he would reduce dealership options to their cost of $799. I accepted Mr. Gettes oral representations. When the car was delivered to my house, I checked for the wheel locks. When I did not find them, I called the dealership and asked for a list of the dealership options that they had added to the car. I was promised by the salesman that I would have the list that afternoon. I never received the list. Neither the ad for the car or the window sticker list any dealership options that were added to the car. The salesman ask me to send a copy of the window sticker--which I did. I have not received a list of dealership options added to the car, an explanation or a refund. More
Typical used car salesmen, friendly but once the sale is made you are just a problem if you need to follow up with them. Poor communication, excuses and made-up stories.
