Very unhappy about the trade aspect…I had a long conversation about the value of my BMW trade. I was informed the the $25,000 trade offer was the best they could do. I explained that I didn’t agree because I knew what they would do as far as the markup putting it back on the lot. I was assured that other than to repurpose the car, it wouldn’t happen that way. As I suspected, they put the car on their lot at $32,000. I understand making money but exactly what I thought would happen, did just that. I won’t recommend anyone to trade their vehicles there.
