I went to a dealership the day before that had the same car priced similar to the one that this dealership had and ended up having to wait 2 hours just to find out that I didn't qualify for the rebates to get the price they advertised. I was so thankful that Gartlich was forthright and hassle free. They had me out of there with my new car in an hour. The salesman, Casey, was very responsive, curtious and honest. Since we had to drive an hour and a half they went ahead and started the paperwork and had the car ready for delivery when we got there. The sales manager, Bill, was very helpful and went above and beyond explaining all finance information and explained the breakdown of each cost. All terms were exactly as expected down to the dollar. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. More
