Good evening. Unfortunately, I did encounter a large problem after my car was serviced. My battery was not secured and I only discovered this only when I arrived h Unfortunately, I did encounter a large problem after my car was serviced. My battery was not secured and I only discovered this only when I arrived home, and decided to investigate the source of a new rattling sound. I opened up the hood of my car and found that the battery was completely loose, and none of the arms that secure it in place, were bolted on. Because, your service is quite far, I took it to the closest mechanic who was able to fix it, and they warned me that it could have had catastrophic consequences, if the battery would have been free to move and could have potentially disconnected itself while i was driving. They said it was a huge risk to my life and the life of my child driving with me! I just wanted to inform you of this, as it is unacceptable, in my opinion. More

Every time I come here, there is deceptive charges that are never fully explained until the bill comes. Also it took 3 hours for a simple diagnostic of a wiring issue with my lights - I asked to not do th are never fully explained until the bill comes. My car sat for over 2 hours before my issue was addressed. And $220/hr is excessive. More
