I went in for an oil change on my 2007 maxima sep.11 2010 and the service writer Gary Emery tried to tell me all my fluids were bad and needed to be changed. I had just got all the fluids serviced at south b and the service writer Gary Emery tried to tell me all my fluids were bad and needed to be changed. I had just got all the fluids serviced at south bay nissan 3 months prior. He then tried to say my timing chain was noisy but again I had that done 9 months ago at cerritos nissan. The service manager came out of his office and was yelling at all his service writers in front of the customers. Very unprofessional! If that's how the service is at gardena, I won't be taking my car there. I guess that 18.88 oil change means you get what you pay for. Very bad service!!! More
