Disgusted! Don't buy from this dealer! You've been warned! Had the worst experience at this dealer! Purchased a car or as I tell my friends, “I’m renting this car while my car is at the repair shop”. I purch Had the worst experience at this dealer! Purchased a car or as I tell my friends, “I’m renting this car while my car is at the repair shop”. I purchased it on November 2016; I decided to get a 2016 because I was sold into getting a 2016 to get a better deal. The deal was of $500, what a rebate! I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra Sv. As of now the sound system sucks, and sucks is a nice word to describe how bad it sucks! I took it into the service department and a jerk in there said its how it’s supposed to sound because I got an “SV” model. Translation in my mind: I purchased a piece of %$@! It doesn’t end there; I previously was leasing a Kia Optima 2014 which had better sound, and alloy rims. The Nissan Sentra has scratch able rim caps. There’s nothing positive I can really say about this experience. All they care is about making their money and getting you to sign. They told me upon signing that they would pay off the lease, which they issued me a check for. But they knew how bad they were screwing me; they told me I was supposed to turn the car into KIA. Which I did, then had to wait over a month to get my final bill. Kia slammed me with a higher bill than what Nissan of Gardena issued me. Today, January 3rd 2017 I walked in to the dealer to try to solve my problem. Spoke to Tony Mattar which was a complete jerk. In my face he said, we gave you a check which you cashed. I told him I deposited the check to pay the Kia balance. He then said, we did what we said we would. I then asked him again; why they would allow me to drive off with both cars home. His reply was: “we did what we said we would”. Didn’t care, they knew all of this would develop after the purchase. They not only NOT care about the consumer, they laugh at them in their face. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I’m stuck with a car which I hate every day I hop on. More

Rude and Condescending Internet Sales Director I recently had a very bad experience at Gardena Nissan. Though the salesperson was friendly, he was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle and offe I recently had a very bad experience at Gardena Nissan. Though the salesperson was friendly, he was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle and offered a lot of conjecture. I can let that slide because of his relatively newly hiring. What I can't get past is the treatment I received from the Internet Sales Director, Mike Novin. Mike was rude, condescending, and borderline dishonest. I was made to wait nearly two hours and thus late to pick up my child from daycare, all to find out three pieces of information that should have been very fast: could they get their price a little closer to another dealer's Truecar price, and what were the Money Factor and Residual values if I chose to lease. Turns out, Mike wouldn't even honor his own dealership's TrueCar offer, and tried to sell me another car without the same packages for more money than they had quoted through TrueCar and confirmed by email (which DID have the package I wanted). Mike quoted me a lease rate that was $100+ over what any other dealer had quoted, and asked for more money down. When I asked what the sales price of the car he was using to calculate, as it seemed much higher than it should have been given the quote they had already emailed me, Mike told me "Go to XXXXX Dealership, and when they f*xx you over, you can call me crying. And maybe then I'll sell you a car and you'll be happy for this price." I was pretty shocked. I asked if he could at least show me the breakdown because the math didn't add up to me. He again told me to leave, and that I'd call him crying, he was sure of it. He said it loudly so others turned to look, so I was embarrassed, and couldn't believe how rude he was to me so publicly, as if shaming me for some unknown reason. I was in no way confrontational, I am a 33 year old with great credit (not that it would be ok for him to talk with anyone else this way), and was only asking for information that would eventually be on the contract anyway. It's clear to me that at least Mr. Novin, if not the dealership as a whole, prey on people who don't know how to calculate a lease. I wrote to the general manager as well as directly to Mike to give them an opportunity to respond before I wrote any reviews of my experience, but no one was willing to respond in over a week. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. There are plenty of others who deserve your business. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HORRIBLE!! They said that I needed a major service for my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. I told them that I was going to the mountains this weekend with my HORRIBLE!! They said that I needed a major service for my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. I told them that I was going to the mountains this weekend with my 2 handicapped children and that I needed everything on the car checked out which they said they would do. I got up to the mountains, and the heater which was working, stopped working altogether.....then my low tire light indicator came on, with the same tire that they said they would rotate for me. They did not change any of my bels on my car......JUST AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I WILL NEVER NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY!!! More

Oops! we just toar off your front spoiler.. See ya! I went to have my oil changed on my 350Z and the front spoiler was ripped off my vehicle when the mechanic was backing up out of the stall. The front I went to have my oil changed on my 350Z and the front spoiler was ripped off my vehicle when the mechanic was backing up out of the stall. The front spoiler caught on the lift and ripped off half the spoiler and did damage to the front bumper. Raymond Ward informed me that Brian Brannon would order another spoiler and have it painted and put on the 350Z. Well four weeks passed and after a few phone calls and a email to Brian. I am getting only lies about the part. They are not taking responsibility for the incident and were making up stuff about them ordering the spoiler. One phone call..."The spoiler is sitting down at the Los Angeles Port," was a answer I got. Well the part is available in the US and would ship out of Irvine in which is about 30 miles away. So that would all be delivered by truck not by boat. So the motto is lie, cheat and steal! People need to read these and take note... More
Awesome Car Buying Experience From the very beginning, from a phone inquiry regarding our interest for a 2015 Nissan Rogue to walking in the dealership, we've been met with honesty From the very beginning, from a phone inquiry regarding our interest for a 2015 Nissan Rogue to walking in the dealership, we've been met with honesty, and that's all we can ask for from any dealership. We came in with the intent of purchasing an SUV (2015 Nissan Rogue) at a certain price; not only did they give us the price we wanted, but gave us a great interest rate. Every department from the sales department (Matthew Garzon and Mike Novin) to finance (Sue Rad and Amir Rad) was very pleasant to deal with. From these four, we were met with such excellent service that we, in no doubt, will recommend our family and friends to this dealership. Thank you guys for our New 2015 Nissan Rogue!!! We love it!!! ~Karina & Lee~ More
Horrible customer service and Rude I walked out of that place mad of how I was getting treated. These people had no intentions in helping me. They were also disrespectful and arrogant. I walked out of that place mad of how I was getting treated. These people had no intentions in helping me. They were also disrespectful and arrogant. Anyone trying to purchase a vehicle make sure that you feel comfortable where you are purchasing. Mostly because you will be going back everytime you need an oil change and you don't want to bump into the people that made you uncomfortable. They need better management and work on helping people not just helping themselves. More
