He is pleasant, professional, and super detailed when explaining anything about my car! He never gives me the run around she is always honest and that means a lot to me. Surprisingly nice experience. Doug, was very helpful and patient. Was very happy that he was the one I would up with. Only issue is with up-sale of peripheral things. I walked in and no longer had the vehicle i desired they showed me another one of the same model with more features i was skeptical about the situation because people usually tend to give bad reviews about sales man in general of being too pushy arrogant and rude not the case here Henry,muhhomad, and higher staff worked to get me a good deal and a couple back and forth to management to get approvals for rebates and what not we closed in on a great deal More

Torrance Nissan has a lot of stuff for waiters (or onky for workers? unclear), but they take 3 hrs for an oil change! Oh, when I got the bill, it showed $45. After I stared at it for awhile, I finally asked the girl why it is $45, given that the guy said $28+. She asked me: did I request synthetic oil? I said: NO. She then proceeded to redo the paper and gave me a bill for $28+. She NEVER SAID A WORD! No explanation, no apology. That female needs to be reprimanded and show more respect to customers. More

No pressure and very knowledgeable I came to Gardena Nissan because they have been servicing my Sentra for 7 years. I did a lot of on-line searching and knew what I wanted. Managers were friendly and laid out my options. More
