Every thing was fixed but i had to come back twice due to the person forgot one main issue that i told him to check for. I was 100% going to buy it so i called the dealership and imad answered the phone. It was 11 a.m. he confirmed he still have the car and we made an appointment to meet at 5 pm because my wife just got off work at 4pm. Before we ended the call, I made it very clear im interested in the car and asked if Imad can hold the car for me and he said yes. Fast forward, we are at the dealership on time and met with Imad. I asked about the specific car I wanted and he once again, confirmed he still have it in the warehouse. He was very adamant of showing me other vehicle so I played along, but after 15 minutes i dont see a car that I like and told him lets just go ahead make a transaction for the Hyundai. Imad escorted me inside and have me seated on a table while he talks to his manager. Then he came out to told us the car is no longer available (even after 2 times he confirmed that he still have the car). This dealership just WANTS YOU TO COME IN PERSON USING TRICKS AND DECEIVES AND THEN PLAY GAMES ON YOU. I express my dissatisfaction and disappointment because it took an effort for me to get there. $50 (45mins) uber ride with my 11 months to get to my wife workplace and another 45 mins driving to get there. All for nothing, but lies and games. I also have a letter from this dealership saying that they want to buy my Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Nissan Kicks with 47k miles. I was excited about it because the paper was from George Khabbaz, their General Manager. In the paper it says that "He was authorized to makes an aggressive offer on my car and he would like to buy it $1000 over KBB price." So i had them take my car key to make an appraisal on it. Imad came back with an Insult offer of $8500. I was infuriate hearing this after everything that had happened. I told imad that they are a joke and walked away. I've been going to this dealership for all my maintenance needs and servicing the car since I bought my car here. On Friday, 2/3/2023 I took my car in for routine maintenance and they did an oil change. At t needs and servicing the car since I bought my car here. At the same time I had an appointment about supposedly lowering my monthly payments but that was bogus and they tried getting me to get a new car but that's for a different review. After waiting for more than an hour when they said the oil change will be done in 45 mins we paid and left. Mind you, we're going to North Hollywood. We didn't use the car after we got to NoHo until the evening of Saturday when I noticed the problem. The car was making clunking noises and smoking and starting to smell like burnt oil. We checked the hood and the oil cap was sitting on the side and there's oil everywhere in the hood. I will take the car back on Monday at the dealership and demand they clean it up and check the engine and perform another oil change. I will keep you all updated. I have the paperworks and receipts that they performed the oil change. More
