I initially saw a car (2024 nissan sentra) on the lot with a sticker price of 25k however upon researching online I found the same car listed for 22k. I expressed my interest to Ali the sales representat with a sticker price of 25k however upon researching online I found the same car listed for 22k. I expressed my interest to Ali the sales representative, i test drove the vehicle and told Ali i would think about it. I returned the following day to proceed with purchase, to my surprise the price increased significantly due to after market charges. I felt penalized for not completing purchase the previous day and was pressured to accept aftermarket package. Ultimately the aftermarket cost was an additional 4480k added to the online price. I was told by Mohammad that the aftermarket package wasn't optional and i had to purchase. After negotiating i was able to drop the package charge to 2800k, While I appreciate the effort made to work within my budget, I still feel only partially satisfied with the outcome. I believe it's important for customers to be aware of any potential price changes ahead of time especially on vehicles they express interest in. More

I'm not sure if this is because I spoke with the manager first; however, this was the first time I was in and out for an oil change in the time I was told. I like the convenient location and selection of cars. I got a fairly good lease deal on the car I wanted, but the salesman called in sick the day I went to pick it up, and the person who he he referred m I got a fairly good lease deal on the car I wanted, but the salesman called in sick the day I went to pick it up, and the person who he he referred me to apparently wasn't there. Joseline, the finance manager was great, and it was she who walked me out to the car. It's a good thing I'm pretty technical, because I received no instruction from the dealership on operating my first EV. There were a lot of residual plastic sheeting in the interior that I had to use forceps to remove, there were minor black marks around the car that I was able to remove after the second wash, and when I checked the pressure, the tires were 6 psi underinflated. I also signed the lease papers with 36 miles on the odometer, but I must have misunderstood because they drove the car from Costa Mesa and the odometer was 66 miles when I picked up the car. I figured out how to operate and charge the car myself. I was waiting for my salesman to contact me, which he did, 11 days after I picked up the car. Kenji also didn't respond to my question if the NACS adapter was available from the parts department, and I informed him that Nissan was getting access to Tesla Superchargers in December. I scheduled the second delivery meeting at the dealership, and it was outstanding. Sam, the contracted person (not a Nissan employee) was friendly and able to answer all the questions I had accumulated during my first month of ownership. I commend Nissan for this program. Kenji notified me on January 2 that I had access to the Nissan app, but I informed him that I had already been using it for the 2 weeks, having figured it out myself. I'm rather disappointed by the customer experience from this dealership, and expected more from a brand that has dropped to less than 6% market share. I decided to put my trust in Nissan after reading all the positive comments about the ARIYA on-line, and they were right, I love the car! I recommend that you join a Facebook group to read comments about the vehicle you want, and to learn tips and how to operate the vehicle from the owners in the groups, because I didn't get any of that from this dealership. I had a similar experience with a Toyota dealer earlier last year, so I guess this isn't unusual. I just wish I had a better customer service experience, so I wouldn't have had to learn everything on my own and feel better about recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Is this expecting too much? I'm hoping for a better experience when I need to bring in my car for a service. More
