The guy Jairon who “helped” me was a complete rude xxxxxxx. Not only did he initially try telling me as I arrived for my appointment that he couldn’t complete my service, but that I was “supposed to a xxxxxxx. Not only did he initially try telling me as I arrived for my appointment that he couldn’t complete my service, but that I was “supposed to arrive with a half tank of gas”. Not a single person informed me of this both when I made my appointment and when I confirmed my appointment. Not only did he just straight up try and deny my appointment, but he also said that in my recall letter it states that I need to arrive with a half tank. After finding the recall letter at home, I can confirm that he is a liar and it doesn’t state that on ANY of the fine print. People like him need to find something else to do for a living because he clearly hates his life and his job. I hope he gets fired. And I will never go back to this Honda dealer for any service. More
