First of all, the sales associate, and manager used overly aggressive sales tactics. The car purchase was advertised on Edmonds for 37,500. Upon arriving at the dealership, the sales associate started overly aggressive sales tactics. The car purchase was advertised on Edmonds for 37,500. Upon arriving at the dealership, the sales associate started the negotiation price well over $3000 beyond the advertised price. Secondly, The car had bodywork done that was never disclosed. As of now, there is slight discoloration between the front bumper and the rest of the car. Thirdly, after a vehicle was purchased, only one key was issued even though it was a certified preowned vehicle. Getting the second key proved to be far more challenging than it needed to be. Sales associate did not respond to my messages or phone calls within a timely manner. Not only did I have to return to the dealership two additional times after the purchase to get the second key, but the second time I had to wait around for two hours because the sales associate took the key home with him. in short, the sales associates were very attentive until the vehicle was purchased there after, it was difficult to have any of my questions answered. As a result, I had to reach out to the sales manager on at least two different occasions. More
