Dealer service reps picked up and hung up my call the night before because "they were about to close in 5 minutes." After the oil service and inspections, they forgot to put back a piece of panel trim night before because "they were about to close in 5 minutes." After the oil service and inspections, they forgot to put back a piece of panel trim so I had to figure out how to do it myself. All in all, this dealer service at gardena does not promote excellent customer service. The service they offer is minimal and barely enough to do their job. More
