I had a bad experience with the service manager. I have bought both of my cars from that dealership. And I usually get a courtesy car wash . And when I request one I didn’t get one . On file and I requested to for them how long is the wait and they said that about an hour to an hour and a half and I said ok . Then I went to ask the service manager and they said that they don’t provide that service anymore. . I just don’t like that new policy of the customer not getting a courtesy car wash . I have paid a lot of money in warranties that I haven’t used . More
I've gotten my cars oil change here several times now. Whenever I encounter a problem, they make sure to fix it at an affordable price. Management makes sure to keep their customers happy.
