We visited Gardena Honda on a Sunday evening before they closed with no intentions of buying a car. We were purely shopping around and seeing different 3rd row SUV’s from different dealers. We let David San closed with no intentions of buying a car. We were purely shopping around and seeing different 3rd row SUV’s from different dealers. We let David Sanchez know as well that we weren’t looking to buy that night. Surprisingly (based on interactions at different dealerships) he said not a problem with him and went ahead and provided exceptionally great customer service. He showed us all the cars we wanted to see AND fully described the difference between them and shared lots of his knowledge on the cars with us. From there he asked if we were interested in seeing numbers so that we had something to go back home with and think about, since we told him we were shopping around. We said sure why not. Well the rest is history. He helped get us into our 2025 Honda Pilot that night. We are extremely happy with our car, but most of all with the great customer service we received even when we shared we weren’t going to buy. Oh, one last thing! We were also super dressed down in “lazy day” clothes and that also didn’t deter him from giving us good service. Thanks again David! We are recommending anyone looking for a Honda to you! More
