"I recently visited this Honda dealership for an oil change, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After leaving, I realized my keys were missing and returned to the dealership. As a wheelchai change, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After leaving, I realized my keys were missing and returned to the dealership. As a wheelchair user, I needed assistance getting out of my car. I informed the car technician nearby, but he completely ignored me and walked away, leaving me stranded with no way to access my wheelchair. It's disheartening to be treated this way, especially as a disabled person. When I reported the incident to his supervisor, Christian Guerrero, I was assured that he would address the issue. However, I observed the technician laughing during their conversation, which made it clear that my complaint wasn't taken seriously. I finally escalated the matter to the main manager, who seemed to genuinely care and took my complaint seriously. It's unacceptable for a company as large as Honda to treat disabled customers this way. This experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer care." More
