Service was unprofessional, unorganized, salesman gave wrong value of car and wasn’t able to resolve issue. They persistently tried to make us finance through Honda instead of our bank after it was stated wrong value of car and wasn’t able to resolve issue. I went in as a trade in and they gave me 17,000$ value for my vehicle and told me my car had 5000$ worth of equity so once I drove the new car off the car from the lot kept the car for a whole week. My finance paperwork was not submitted to my bank once I call my bank they tell me that I was negative $5000 equity, so I took the car back and they tried to persuade me into keeping the car after saying they did all they could do with my paperwork after negotiations at purchase. But once I take it back they tried to bring the car back a couple more thousands dollars and I wasn’t going for it. More
Sales people were adequate. Communication after the sale was dismal. Waited a month and had to go back to the dealer to get my loan information because I didn’t receive anything via email or USPS. Made a large purchase and received no acknowledgement or after care. As other dealerships give large Harry & David gift baskets, gift cards, etc. we didn’t even receive a handwritten thank you note. Spoke to a supervisor who gave excuses saying the salespeople are responsible for thanking the customer but they are young and just on to the next sale. This is sadly indicative of lack of leadership and management from top down. Am deeply disappointed in how we were treated. I had thought Gardena Honda had a great reputation but at this point would not recommend to others More
I think they did a great job and the service advisor was fantastic. He would tell me what needs to be done and showed pictures of that area indicated why it needs to be done.
