I bought a car in your showroom on credit. At the time of purchase, my down payment was $2,000. Now Rommel from the finance department is writing to me and asking me to pay a larger down payment or I must return the car, although I received an email from the general manager Ryan Crenshaw thanking me for purchasing my first car in the Honda Gardena showroom. I have high hopes that the car will stay with me and that the general manager will be able to resolve this issue.
