I think it’s great service but I think that they need to look back a whole over that helps us to get a right back home and to get a ride back to get our cars look back a whole over that helps us to get a right back home and to get a ride back to get our cars More
I just bought a car from Gardena Honda, and the experience was top-tier. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They offered me a great deal, helped with financing, and made sure I drove off completely satisfied. Everything was great except that my battery was serviced as "good" then 10 days later it died and AAA diagnosed it as "bad" and needing to be replaced. Wish it was noticed during oil change and inspection t as "good" then 10 days later it died and AAA diagnosed it as "bad" and needing to be replaced. 1) Standard wait time for a task is always 2 hr. Without any evaluation of the task. 2) No plan to check for needed parts for repair before customer bring the car in. I got a new car with some Without any evaluation of the task. 2) No plan to check for needed parts for repair before customer bring the car in. I got a new car with some simple plastic broken part, I described the part, the phone lady asked to bring the car in. 2 hr. Later the service person informed me that they didn’t have the part. I need to wait for it. They will call when it’s in. The part is less than $4. The service person repeatedly inform me that the $4 would be on the dealer (unnecessary because I just drove the car out only a day or two with less than 200 miles driven. It should be regardless. Let alone, the part fell on my head on the first open the trunk even!) I clearly explained which part. Why can’t the availability couldn’t be checked prior to my arrival, was beyond me. Two hours of my time worth nothing to this dealership, I gain absolutely no respect on. And weeks gone by, no call for the readiness of the part. I called, they said yes the part was ready. I need to book 2 hours to put it in. I couldn’t make my time for several weeks. The first 4 events above could have caused this dealer 1 star, however on the appointment day, I’ve met Khalid who safe my 2 hr by evaluated the situation and decided to fix the problem without me having to wait any longer. 2 stars were added back to the original 1. Thanks to Khalid. This dealership has a potential to be a great one. I hope they make it to that level soon. More
