It was a nightmare from start to finish. I was called by customer service to check on my brand new car. There were a couple things acting up so I scheduled an appt. They said it would be eas I was called by customer service to check on my brand new car. There were a couple things acting up so I scheduled an appt. They said it would be easy. Upon arrival, they didn’t know why I was there. Then when I explained, they were very iffy on when they could get the work done. Said it would take all day and I could wait. And that they’d have to call a third party for part of it. I asked for a loaner - Will said they don’t do that. I explained I live across the county and have a life to lead and need a loaner. They got me one after I waited 55 minutes in the waiting room. When I arrived the next day, I dropped of the loaner - very easy - and got my paperwork. She said I needed to give it to someone at the pickup location. The large valet-like sign that says “PICKUP AREA” was then unmanned for 40 minutes and the porters that should have been picking up my car were just standing, laughing and chatting in a group together. I had no idea they were the folks I was supposed to talk to because they were completely unwelcoming and shut off into their own conversation. When I was told to give them the paper, I did and it proceeded to take them 20 more minutes to bring me my car. This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. It looks nice and seems like it operates well but the CUSTOMERS are left in limbo as if we know how everything works. For example, the SIGN THAT SAYS PICKUP AREA….where else should I have gone to PICK UP my car. Elizabeth and the other lady in customer service were the only helpful employees around. Including a seemingly-very-stoned door opener who stood near the pickup area saying nothing while opening the door for the rich salesmen. That was the last straw for me. To see how taken care a DOOR was for salesmen while my entire day got upended because people weren’t doing their jobs, was absolutely the most frustrating part of my month. THE KICKER - the work that was done Thursday was undone by Friday and the door protector sealant looks worse than it ever did. 0/10 Why should I ever return? More
