I’ve been to this service center for three years now and have overall had a great experience (usually with Nelson) but today I got a gentleman named J I’ve been to this service center for three years now and have overall had a great experience (usually with Nelson) but today I got a gentleman named John who truly went above and beyond for me. He made sure my car was serviced in a timely fashion and at 40 weeks pregnant that was extremely appreciated and took a load off me. His attention and care made me feel like I got the best customer service I could have! Really happy with how today went More

They get it right when it comes to the Customer We have owned a CRV for 16 months. Yesterday my wife got lots of error messages and the car wouldn’t start. I called and spoke to Debbie, who quickly We have owned a CRV for 16 months. Yesterday my wife got lots of error messages and the car wouldn’t start. I called and spoke to Debbie, who quickly got Paul, from Service on the phone with me. I explained the issue and he called my wife who was with the car, and talked her through what was going on to try to ensure it was just the battery. He helped smooth the process for her to get to the nearest dealer once she got a jump. They are quick, effective and focused on the customer More

Andrew Brown - My car guy! FINALLY SOMEONE I CAN TRUST! In a world of sales haggles and dishonesty I really wanted to share my personal experience with the Passaic Service Center for Garden State Honda. My In a world of sales haggles and dishonesty I really wanted to share my personal experience with the Passaic Service Center for Garden State Honda. My service advisor is Andrew who is friendly, professional and most of all honest and knowledgeable. This is a combination that is key. My 2007 Honda CRV is all o have and I certainly can't afford a new car. As a hard working mom with a son who has plenty of avtivites and 3 young adult kids sharing the same car - having a reliable car is critical. I have had problems that took me to 4 different Honda dealers and some local shops too and I felt like crying each time. I felt duped, I couldn't understand what was going on with my car, their lingo and why in the world it would cost so much to make repairs. When I came to Andrew I explained the cars symptoms and like a doctor he took the time to have it examined and offered me solutions that I needed to take care of now and he broke down my timeline to resolve other issues. I followed his guide on the things my car needed and my car is now running in tip top shape - I would drive it anywhere including to FL which I'm doing in Oct. I say this to say that on our first encounter with his approach and stellar service - I told him at the desk that day "you are my guy!" And he has been my car guy ever since! I'd go no where else and that is because he was honest and professional and knowledge and also because he saw me as I am - an average hard working person who needs her car. So thank you Andrew for 5 star service. Today I went back to him to replace my headlight and most people may think why go to the dealership for something like that instead of Pep Boys or something like that but I'd answer - "he's my guy!" I'm not going anywhere else with my car. Go see Andrew - make him your guy too! More
