They don't let you leave zero stars, so I had to pick 1. This is the worst service center in the entire state of New Jersey. I paid for a tire rotation, they didn't rotate the tires (I marked one). I paid for an oil change, AFTER the oil change the oil life indicator read 60%. What the EFF. It's the second time I took the car in for a radiator leak, and the second time they couldn't find a xxxx thing. I took it to Pep Boys, they found it right away. They are also EXTREMELY slow. Expect to wait an hour just to drop off and pick up your car. Never go to this place. They are the WORST! More

The service center at the Garden State Honda Clifton has the worst customer service that I have ever experience. I have a Honda CRV 2017 and took my car there for service to change the brakes, however ther the worst customer service that I have ever experience. I have a Honda CRV 2017 and took my car there for service to change the brakes, however there was another issue with the car a weird vibrating sound that needed to be fix. I left the car on July 5th and was supposed to have it fix by Saturday July 8. Initially they said the issue were the 2 front shock absorbers, which they changed without my consent and wanted to charge me for them even though the problem was still there. When I went to pick up the car on Saturday July 8, I found out they haven't resolved the issue, and informed them to keep my old shock absorbers because the old ones were in good condition since that wasn't the problem the car had. Jonathan a worker there proceeded to tell me to leave the car and they will work on it to have the issue resolved. Days passed, every time I called no one wanted to speak to me, therefore on Friday July 14 I went there in person just to find out they haven't done anything to the car and even worst they wanted to charge me for the shock absorbers and finally said they ordered a different piece for the car. I was really upset and wanted to speak to the Service Department Director Deana Brancaccio to explain the situation, however she refused to speak to me. When she finally decided to have a word she stated, "they are not doctors to know what the problem with the car is." I thank God they are not doctors because they will endanger people's lives. I proceeded to let her know I always been a Honda customer, I used to live in Queens and never had an issue there to which she replied sarcastically, "So take your car there." I just took my car from there and paid for the brakes. My car is still having issues and now I will have to definitely take it to Queens where the customer service is excellent. Please if you have a Honda DO NOT take your car to the Clifton NJ service center. More

I am extremely disappointed with how the Honda Service Center in Clifton handled the repair of our 2009 Honda Accord. It showed their lack of knowledge in fixing their own line of vehicles and their tende Center in Clifton handled the repair of our 2009 Honda Accord. It showed their lack of knowledge in fixing their own line of vehicles and their tendency to ask customers to pay more for unnecessary repair. Last month, the engine check and VSA light in our 2009 Honda Accord turned on and the car would not go more than 20 miles an hour. We took it to Honda Service Center in Clifton. Initially, Honda said that there are misfires so two cylinders had to be replaced. That costed $1,026.32. After they changed the cylinders, the issue was not resolved. Then, they said that the PCM needed to be changed which would cost another $1,375.00. However, we were forewarned that even though the PCM is replaced, the chance for the problem to be resolved is only 50%. If that does not work, the engine must be changed. They estimated the cost for used engine and labor at over $5000. Before deciding on whether to go ahead with Honda’s recommendations, my cousin was able to find a service bulletin issued by Honda regarding the problem codes our car have. I conveyed this message to the service representative that was handling our car but was vehemently dismissed saying that they have done more than what is suggested in the service bulletin. They insisted that that the PCM replacement was the next course of action. With the total cost that we would incur, we pulled out the car from Honda without having the PCM and engine replaced. We were seriously thinking of just using what we would pay to repair into purchasing a new vehicle. As a last resort, we took the car to a local mechanic. He took the car in and after two days, he was able to fix the problem for less than $500. He said that the problem our car had is very common with cars of the same make and model. More
