Professional in every way. Very easy person to talk to. A very humble and sincere person with full intentions to really help you and the sale go as smooth as possible. He is very good at his job...definitely there to get you the best deal possible and on your way home sooner than later with your new car. Together, both Mr. Grant and Mr. Matari work very well together! Honestly, it's a dealership where everyone gets along and the vibe/energy is very pleasant. I definitely recommend you check them out! My experience with Garden State Honda, Clifton NJ We were not expecting to have a great experience with this dealership knowing in our minds the unpleasantries and hassle of going to a car dealership We were not expecting to have a great experience with this dealership knowing in our minds the unpleasantries and hassle of going to a car dealership to purchase a new car. It started with Mike Diaz, a no frills rep who was at the top of this job, explaining and offering what's out there for us. He was very polite and knows exactly what was in our minds. He can sense that we were a no frills buyer too so we were on the same page. We were there to purchase a car, we know what we want so Mike just honed in on that premise. No unnecessary side talks since the car was already selling itself. Too much unnecessary patronizing irritates the mind. Everything went smoothly without a hitch and the last part was sealing the deal with Hamad Matari, a very nice gentleman with a very good good sense of humor. He is very intelligent and explained everything to us and even saved us a couple of dollars by tipping us to use our old plates. How can you top that! On a scale of 1 to 5 where 5 is the highest, we give these two gentlemen 5 stars!!! More

However, from the start, everyone was very warm and friendly to us, including Mr Hall. Maria, our sales consultant, went out of her way to make us comfortable - getting us water and delicious popcorn for our kids. We had come in with an internet offer, but Maria and Rolando showed us another one that had zero down payment at a great price. Maria explained to me the features of the car during the test drive and also the steps to signing the lease agreement. At no point were we pressurized or felt uncomfortable. Once we closed the deal and finished signing all the lease papers, Maria even helped us out by dropping off our old car at our home :-). I would say this was a very pleasant experience for us overall and we would definitely come back to this dealership for our future car needs. More

Happy Customer I went in to upgrade a Civic I bought in December 2014. I was very unhappy with my car that I bought at a different Honda dealer. I have to say that this group of people that work together make a great team. I would never of been sitting in that car if it was not for them, especially my sales Girl Maria.
