A pleasant experience. We planned on visiting Garden State Honda before proceeding to another dealership, which we had almost decided we would purchase our new car from. We found the car and the deal we were looking for with Honda. We were helped by David Russo who was very thorough and honest with his opinions and attention. He never put unnecessary pressure on us. He seemed to understand our need and clarified every question we had. We came out happy with the deal we got and on top of it came out with a great car. Great job - Garden State Honda I was looking for Honda Accord 2013 or 2014 certified ones with low miles on it and I found availability through website at Garden State Honda. Since I was looking for Honda Accord 2013 or 2014 certified ones with low miles on it and I found availability through website at Garden State Honda. Since I did not have car with me, I called Garden State Honda and they immediately helped me out by arranging a pick-up. I was helped by Gabriel Bueno. He was fantastic throughout the process. He was very honest in presenting facts and helped me understand all my queries. I had some rough typical salesman experiences before at some other dealerships but Gabriel treated me with respect and heard my requirements and we arrived at golden middle. Later I went through financial processes with Hamad Matari who also honestly put up all facts and options which I had with financing. He was patient enough to answer all my questions :-) Overall I would rate whole experience as "Excellent" and hoping for same level of experience during maintenance schedule of my recently bought Honda Accord 2014 Certified one. More
