My vehicle all of the sudden would not work. Would not go into neutral and had several warning lights. I had it towed and the drive had a rough time getting the vehicle on and off. (Locked up wheels) When the dealership contacted me about the issue the only thing they found was a low battery. They did not explain the lights (except the battery light never came on), the locked up wheel and of course the only thing that needed to be changed was the battery. I asked for the service manager when I came to pay for the "diagnosis" and though in the Middle of the day he was not available. I will follow up. No explanation for everything is just not acceptable. More

Great outcome for battery problem on a Nissan Titan pickup. They found 1 dead cell and replaced the battery under warranty. I was pleasantly surprised since this vehicle has had a lot of extra radio pickup. They found 1 dead cell and replaced the battery under warranty. I was pleasantly surprised since this vehicle has had a lot of extra radio equipment added so Nissan could have easily blamed that for the battery giving problems and making it necessary to get a few jump starts.
