I was greeted by friendly staff. I was accepted for service although I walked in and did not have an appointment. I wouldn’t recommend it as the wait is long. Been in 4 times for the exact same problem spent $5500. 00 and still have the same problem. Kia has no idea what is wrong with the car just keep getting the run around the service manage would not even come 00 and still have the same problem.
