GREAT Service The service department staff is always friendly and helpful. Luis Mendoza, Alexis and Mike (manager) were the ones that helped with servicing my car, The service department staff is always friendly and helpful. Luis Mendoza, Alexis and Mike (manager) were the ones that helped with servicing my car, checked on the leaking coolant and oil that I recently noticed was happening to the car. Since the job was going to be longer than necessary to wait, they got me a loaner and I was able to go home. This was extremely helpful with my day (esp with the Covid-19 going on). Their office was very clean and they were constantly sanitizing desktops, pens, anything that was being touched. They also had sanitizer hand gel for their customers that went into their servicing office. Thanks, Garden Grove Kia for being very helpful and making sure all your customers are safe and service was done right and each customer was happy. More
