Rudy was so nice and explained everything well, only down fall was because of covid no shuttle service. Other than that all staff was friendly and I was offered water wich was perfect with the heat! fall was because of covid no shuttle service. First time I went to Kia in Garden Grove, I did not know what to expect since Kia of Orange's employees were always very unprofesional and rude. No wonder why they closed their Doors!!! In the service Department Luis was amazing ! He answered all my questions and the car was worked on and done in less then an hour. I felt it was a great service experience compared to other dealerships I ha all my questions and the car was worked on and done in less then an hour. car was not repaired Brought my car back in to the dealer to have the breaks/roaters looked at for a second time as they continue to shake when I brake. told the service g Brought my car back in to the dealer to have the breaks/roaters looked at for a second time as they continue to shake when I brake. told the service guy I thought they needed to be put on the lathe, since the last time I was in (a week or so ago) they said nothing was the matter. My car was at the dealer all day, when I picked it up my car, the service guy they suggested I have the roaters put on the lathe as they didn't see anything the matter with them visually. We had spoke about this when I made the appointment and when I dropped off the car. Seems your service people don't really listen to the customer. Service guy blamed it on covid and suggested I make a 3rd appointment to fix something you couldn't fix during 2 appointments. I have brought my car to your guys since I purchased it, but I won't be back. More

Great Customer Service I would of gave it 5 stars, if I would have gotten the 1st rented vehicle credited to me since a part wasn't available for my vehicle, so no service w I would of gave it 5 stars, if I would have gotten the 1st rented vehicle credited to me since a part wasn't available for my vehicle, so no service was done to it but still got charged for the rental. The 2nd time I went the part ordered was defected, another bummer. Third time was a charm, when I got there Alexis had a rental ready for me and finally the part was right and my vehicle was repaired. More
