The first time I took my car in for the recall they made me wait over 3 hours to tell me they didn't gave the part. I was really upset. When I went back to get the part replaced I expressed my frustration me wait over 3 hours to tell me they didn't gave the part. I was really upset. Jacob was awesome and earned his 5 stars. My only issue was after spening $1K and all day in service, the car was returned not washed, internally or externally, which is why the 4 stars. Rudy was so great! I have a sporadic schedule working in the vet field and Rudy said no problem at all come right in! He was very thorough from check in to discharge! Luis always gives Great customer service which is the only reason why I kept returning to this dealer for years but the price for an oil change has gone up way too much. I know it’s not the employees fau only reason why I kept returning to this dealer for years but the price for an oil change has gone up way too much. I know it’s not the employees fault. The price went from 30$-90$ just for a basic oil change. Before with an oil change you would get a free car wash now it’s just the oil change which with this pandemic going on I think is way too much. A lot of us have lost our jobs and got our hours cut at work and 90$ I think is way too much. Sadly I will have to start taking my car somewhere else. As a single mother I can’t afford to pay that much when I can take it somewhere else and pay 20-50$ for the same service. More

Took a little longer than expected but only because they found a nail in my tir for an oil change and ended up getting my 35,000-45,000 mile service.
