All was fine. My only complaint is not with Kia of Garden Grove, but that Kia refused to consider this a warranty repair as the driver's power window control module is not a part that should have gone Garden Grove, but that Kia refused to consider this a warranty repair as the driver's power window control module is not a part that should have gone bad. Odd that I was asked to rate if my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off, considering this dealership did not have an operating car wash and was unable to wash my vehicle before returning it. Not a big deal, just mentioning it. More

All the appointments on-line were unavailable for the when it was convenient for me but when I called and explained, the lady I talked to was able to get me in the next morning! I dealt with Francisco wh when it was convenient for me but when I called and explained, the lady I talked to was able to get me in the next morning! I dealt with Francisco who was so pleasant and helpful. He explained everything involved in servicing my car and called me quickly to give me the good news that it was all covered by warranty! I had my car back that day and it was all done on my day off. Thanks Francisco! More

Don't get me wrong, the service was great and the people are friendly. I would think people that may appointment will get priority on service.
