The customer service rep Luis was very professional and polite. Checked to see if I had any factor recalls and went over the scheduled maintenance and what the difference was. Hopefully, I will get him in future service on my Kia Soul. He gave me a time frame as to when my car would be completed and kept in touch. My car was actually ready sooner than anticipated. He went over the work that was done and made me aware that I will need tires in the near future. If I elect to go through Kia for the tires he suggested to call before making the appointment so he can check to make sure the tires are in stock. Excellent Service Rep! More

People at the dealership are courteous and the facilities are clean. I had no problem waiting for my vehicle as there was coffee and water available in the service lounge.
