Although family have visited the new location on Harbor Blvd, this was my first experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile from a young person that informed me that someone would be with me soo Blvd, this was my first experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile from a young person that informed me that someone would be with me soon. Jeremy was pleasant and patient with this old man throughout the process. The Sedona was there for overdue maintenance and it feels great to get it done. There was a pleasant surprise seeing a familiar face in Luiz in the new surroundings. The last time I saw him was possibly ten years ago! Thanks you Jeremy for the kindness and to the entire team for the smiles and hospitality! More

I love taking my car to the Garden Grove Kia- their service is unlike any other! I live over an hour away and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else, with great service from helpful and kind people l service is unlike any other! I live over an hour away and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else, with great service from helpful and kind people like Web I can't even imagine going elsewhere. Everyone here is so helpful and they all put you at ease with wonderful conversation and a great lounge area to wait at, where they have a very nice automated coffee/espresso machine and other beverages. They also have a laptop/device charging station and free wifi which is so helpful since I work from home and take my work with me to get serviced during business hours. More

I was disappointed with the mechanic,he was asked to check the tire pressure, it was not done, he was asked to provide old parts, was missing one. Never had problem before this but now that the maintena check the tire pressure, it was not done, he was asked to provide old parts, was missing one.
