I love taking my car to the Garden Grove Kia- their service is unlike any other! Everyone here is so helpful and they all put you at ease with wonderful conversation and a great lounge area to wait at, where they have a very nice automated coffee/espresso machine and other beverages. They also have a laptop/device charging station and free wifi which is so helpful since I work from home and take my work with me to get serviced during business hours. More

I was disappointed with the mechanic,he was asked to check the tire pressure, it was not done, he was asked to provide old parts, was missing one.
