21 March 2024 - White Kia Sportage Hybrid 2023 After attending a scheduled service for a filter and oil change the next day, my car pretty much stopped running. You can see the errors. It looks like they forgot to tighten some bolts and rods. And all the people are paying them to do it. I think it's best not to visit their service because you will get a broken car afterward. I am in critical condition because of what happened. I bring the car in again to fix the issues the service left me with and the next day they tell me the car is absolutely fine. They just blatantly lied to my eyes. I have tons of proof: oil puddle from my car, errors on the control panel. Again, I came to get my car serviced and they broke it for me. They didn't screw in the oil filter. More

Christopher was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating as I am currently dealing with a physical disability. My only issue, which is not on him, is receiving coupons in the mail that quote accommodating as I am currently dealing with a physical disability. My only issue, which is not on him, is receiving coupons in the mail that quote one price and then show up thinking I am getting the price on the coupon and being told it does not apply to my type of vehicle. I do not recall the coupon flyer stating only applies to specific vehicles/drive type. More
