It was honestly one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. To start with, the lot is clean. The inside of the lobby is also clean and they provided delicious pop-corn and coffee. But, the most important part was the client service. Samuel did an outstanding job answering all of our questions. He was very savvy, professional, and a great communicator. He wasn't pushy at all, and he understood exactly what we came in for. I got the car I wanted and left more than happy. It's been 2 days since my purchase and this may be the first time I don't feel buyer's remorse. I highly recommend Garden Grove Kia, and I really recommend working with Samuel as he was honestly the best car sales person I've ever worked with since I started buying cars. I plan to be back in 3 years : ) More
