I went in for my first service on my new vehicle. The waiting area was nice, clean, comfortable. I was quoted about 1.5 hours for length of time the service; and the timing was accurate. Sales guy named Gustavo Garcia lied about another family wanting to buy the same car as me at the same time in order to hard close the deal. They also took the floor mats out of the car when they were suppo wanting to buy the same car as me at the same time in order to hard close the deal.
