SAM! Cannot say enough good things about this guy. We've been in communication for the last few months about a new vehicle purchase. We ran into him in March at the dealer ship and he showed us so many vehicles. What stood out the most was how he didn't pressure us the entire time. He didn't come off as a sales man, he came off as a person. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and patient with us asking g a million questions. We ended up waiting for the 2025 hybrid sorento that wasn't in stock until late April. He would still check in periodically, but keep it super casual and again DIDNT PRESSURE ME! He knew we were locked in! I had been scrolling through the Kia website and had so many dealerships reach out but i was persistent on working with him because he was so great. Fast forward to yesterday, he found the literal car of our dreams. Safe to say we are in love with this vehicle. He 100% delivered the utmost satisfaction. We had other choices in mind like Honda, but besides falling in love with the car, we definitely chose Kia because of the outstanding customer service with Sam. Thank you for everything! More

I went to kia garden grove to look at a used telluride that I saw online. I was shown that one and was given all my options on a new one also. I came in for a recall issue. I was told the car would take up to a hour and a half but I was out of there in under a hour. Everybody there was pleasant and friendly.
