Dealer messed up passenger window after 2nd visit. Had to make an appointment to bring back to fix. Brought back they fixed and I left. Noticed an hour later they left parts of my door off. Do not do business with Andrea Bigger. She was rude from the start, was only nice once I accepted a deal on a truck. I asked for the front license plate to be put on and she said she would She was rude from the start, was only nice once I accepted a deal on a truck. I asked for the front license plate to be put on and she said she would take care of it but once the deal was done and it was time to hand over the keys she said she couldn’t do it and to take it to Toyota. Why would I take it there when im purchasing from Garden Grove Kia and Toyota will charge me? I asked politely to speak to a manager about this and Andrea rolled her eyes at me. So unprofessional after I just did business with her on a truck. Paul Park was awesome and so was the manager who said he would put my license plate on. More
