They sold me a car with a bad engine. I bought it 4 months ago and I have had it in there 6 times. It consumes all of the oil every 1,000 miles. They just replaced another part. I was looking to get into a Kia as my new company car, which the owner of my company put me in charge to find, I had never done this type of purchase before and really needed someone to walk me through wh which the owner of my company put me in charge to find, I had never done this type of purchase before and really needed someone to walk me through what I needed from my company to get into the car. When I first contacted Kia, my experience was not good. Trying to get any help from Gustavo was like pulling teeth. I couldn't even get him to call me, every time I asked for a phone call he would just email me which was very frustrating since he would not answer my questions that I asked via email. After several days I called the dealership at my whits end and I spoke to Khristina who finally took her time with me and answered all my question (this is when I told her I would not buy a car from Gustavo but I wanted her to help me with this) and she has been so patient through out the process. She responded to me when she said she would and always kept me in the loop as to what was going on or needed. I'll be honest had it not been for her I would have gone somewhere else. I hope Kia appreciate the kind of employee she is, because she deserves it. Thank you Khristina for all you've done to help me get into this car. PS- I only give the 5 starts to the dealership because of Khristina. If she had not been there I would have given it at the most a 3 star review. More

So this was a big service for my K5…60K mile service. Made my appointment and when I arrived, like always I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. My adviser, the Awesome Luis Mendoza came out to greet me Made my appointment and when I arrived, like always I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. My adviser, the Awesome Luis Mendoza came out to greet me! Always mailing, pleasant and professional. Once inside, Luis explained in great detail, what the service entailed which put me at ease!! Luis always makes it a point to explain things to me. So, I waited at the dealership and as always the I take my customary walk through showroom to check out the new stuff!! The showroom is immaculate, spacious and the vehicles well displayed with the door unlocked to further temp someone to buy!! I then moved into the lounge to wait. The, like everywhere in the dealership is very, spacious with comfy chairs, water, coffee ☕️ and popcorn 🍿 for us customers to enjoy. During the service, Luis checked on me regularly and advised on a time estimate for completion of the work. When the service was done, Luis came and got me, explained, again, in detail what was done and the condition of my vehicle, which is EXCELLENT!! As always I left satisfied, reassured and happy with GH Kia!! Thanks youz guyz!! GG Kia never disappoints!! More
