Always a pleasure Brought my vehicle in for scheduled service. As always, I was greeted by a super friendly staff member and tended to right away. The service rep who Brought my vehicle in for scheduled service. As always, I was greeted by a super friendly staff member and tended to right away. The service rep who attended me was incredibly friendly and explained the entire service in detail and advised me of the projected cost. While I waited I took a walk through the showroom. The showroom is incredibly cleaned and the lounge has water and coffee available. My vehicle was done in a very timely manner and the services performed on the vehicle were explained to me. I will definitely keep returning for service here and recommended to anyone Kia owner. More

Very disorganized . Kidan was very polite and accommodating. . I had set up an appt at 11 Abbey texted and said if we can come in at 1115 . I came at 11 didnt mine waiting 1130 she came up and sa accommodating. . I had set up an appt at 11 Abbey texted and said if we can come in at 1115 . I came at 11 didnt mine waiting 1130 she came up and said they were very busy as o can see and Kidan was going to be our guide. He showed and allowed us to test drive two types of vehicle . I decided on an optimal plug in hybrid which they had none , and was told that they can get one over , but did not say we would wait a whole hour to find out our sales person actually had to pick it up. Abby would not tell me when he would be back . We were there at 11 and it was 240 in the afternoon . So I just left . I went to another dealer in cerritos and was able to test drive and look at at least 6 cars and finalize within 1.5 got a better deal and no haggling More
