Good experience I thought the dealership was very fair and honest - my airbag light was on and they let me know upfront that there would be a charge to access the sit I thought the dealership was very fair and honest - my airbag light was on and they let me know upfront that there would be a charge to access the situation even if I decided not to have it fixed. I agreed to this and when they went to do the diagnostic, it automatically reset that all was well so they didn't charge me anything! They could have easily lied or still charged me the fee and they didn't - I was SO happy : ) More

Kadin let me test drive several Kias and I finally settled on one. I worked with Kadin and his manager to get the price down to where I wanted it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Kadin was great to work with. The dealership is spotless. I didn't even mind waiting around. I was there for about five hours but it was the last day of the month so a lot of people had to go through their paperwork. I would buy another car at Garden Grove Kia in a heartbeat. Note that the owner of this shop also owns Kia of Irvine. More
