Great customer service. The sales rep Justin was very diligent in finding the right car for me. He found a nightfall 2021 telluride before much was even known about the car. Sold me a Volt electric hybrid without a charger. I asked twice while I was there about the home charger. When we first got to the car to see it, I asked him if it comes with the charger he said yes. Then twice while I was there about the home charger. When we first got to the car to see it, I asked him if it comes with the charger he said yes. Then assuming it’s just in some compartment, I didn’t ask until the end again before I drove off, “Hey, where is the charger?” What proceeded after was a series of lies. First, Roy said he would order it the day of Monday (sale made on Saturday) to arrive same day. Then on Monday, Roy made a request for the charger to arrive on Wednesday. On Wednesday, Roy was yet to make the request. This charger holds a $400 value that is actually of utility in most cases. An electric hybrid with no charger. More
