The first time I took my car in for the recall they made me wait over 3 hours to tell me they didn't gave the part. I was really upset. When I went back to get the part replaced I expressed my frustration me wait over 3 hours to tell me they didn't gave the part. I was really upset. Luis always gives Great customer service which is the only reason why I kept returning to this dealer for years but the price for an oil change has gone up way too much. I know it’s not the employees fau only reason why I kept returning to this dealer for years but the price for an oil change has gone up way too much. I know it’s not the employees fault. The price went from 30$-90$ just for a basic oil change. Before with an oil change you would get a free car wash now it’s just the oil change which with this pandemic going on I think is way too much. A lot of us have lost our jobs and got our hours cut at work and 90$ I think is way too much. Sadly I will have to start taking my car somewhere else. As a single mother I can’t afford to pay that much when I can take it somewhere else and pay 20-50$ for the same service. More
